BJ Baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, BJ Baji will notify the player by email within 48 hours of the suspension and will provide a written explanation of the reason where legally permissible. The player will have the opportunity to respond before any final account action is taken, except in cases involving fraud or legal obligations.
If an account is closed by BJ Baji due to Terms violations, any bonus balance is forfeited. Real-money deposits that have not been used may be returned at BJ Baji's discretion, subject to the outcome of the investigation.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting BJ Baji support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard KYC verification.
